Common questions.

Can I sign up right now?: Not yet — self-serve signup is closed while we onboard a small founding group of shops first. Tell us about your shop and we will be in touch; SFI, StyleFlow's built-in intelligence, walks you through setup. No card, no commitment.
Do I need new payment hardware?: No. StyleFlow connects to Square — link your existing Square account per shop or per chair, and cash visits are tracked in the same ledger.
What happens if I hit my monthly text or email allotment?: Appointment texts — confirmations, reminders, running-late and cancellation notices — are included and never pause. Marketing texts (messages you or the assistant write, and campaigns) and emails count against your plan: you get a warning at 80% and sends pause at the limit — nothing is billed silently. A marketing text counts per segment, up to 160 characters (70 with emoji). You can add credits, or connect your own email/SMS provider account and send unmetered.
Can I add more staff than my plan includes?: Yes — extra operator seats are available as an add-on on plans with seat limits.
What is StyleFlow Intelligence?: SFI — StyleFlow Intelligence — is scoped to your shop's own data — chat plus scheduled insights. It's included with Enterprise and available to other plans as a paid add-on.
